––––– About Anna

Rooted in tradition.

Guided by clinical reasoning.

I’m a licensed acupuncturist, board-certified herbalist, physical therapist assistant, and Pilates instructor with advanced training in classical East Asian medicine. My herbal work is shaped by the Jingfang tradition under the lineage of Dr. Huang Huang, one of the most respected living scholars of classical Chinese medicine.

I also study Kampo with Nigel Dawes at the New York Kampo Institute, a New York-based institute that has offered in-person and hands-on training in traditional Japanese medicine since 1999.

My practice is built on a simple belief: symptoms are not random, and the body is rarely as irrational as it seems.

I combine acupuncture, herbal medicine, and movement-based understanding to identify patterns, make sense of complexity, and treat with precision.

No vague wellness talk. No generic protocols. Just thoughtful medicine, honest guidance, and a deeper way of understanding what your body is doing.

MEDICINE THAT TREATS THE WHOLE PERSON

Classical Chinese medicine was never about quick fixes.

It’s a system designed to understand why you’re sick — not just what hurts.

01

take charge of your health

Stop outsourcing your wellbeing to a system designed to see you for seven minutes. I teach you to understand your body, question your prescriptions, and make decisions from knowledge — not fear.

02

Jingfang medicine uses formulas tested across two thousand years of clinical practice. These aren’t trendy supplements — they’re precise, evidence-backed prescriptions matched to your constitution and pattern.

03

I’ll tell you when acupuncture and/or herbs are better than drugs. I’ll also tell you when they’re not. What I won’t do is sell you false hope or dodge hard truths. Your disease has something to teach you — and I’ll help you listen.
